Circa 1953 from the period when Robert Colquhoun was living at Tilty Mill farm in Essex. This is a very Rare piece.
This work was clearly produced at the same time as the other similar image and Robert Colquhoun's fingerprints are preserved in the ink. Both are unsigned.
Provenance:
This work is one of a number that came from a private collection all having been acquired direct from the artist by Sir Colin Anderson who was a Patron of the artist.They have remained in the same family for over 60 years.
