Art buying service

Making it easy to sell your art

Back in July 2017, I wrote a blog at the request of a few clients who had recently sold collections to us and had struggled to work out what they should do having inherited an art collection from a relative. You can still read this BLOG HERE and it is as relevant today as it was back then. We have now decided to formalise and advertise our art buying service and try to dispel some fears by making the process transparent, simple and fair.

We both have related background experience, Mark had a career as a senior detective with overall management responsibility for the Art and Antique Unit based at Scotland Yard. Melanie worked at Henry Moore House & Gardens but also has a particular interest and knowledge of both Harry Becker and Lucy Kemp Welch’s work and has recently loaned pieces from her personal collection to various public exhibitions. Both have developed, and retain, close working relationships with many Museums, Galleries and collectors.
